Who is behind it

Twenty years on the other side of the table.

ProcessLabs was founded in Hampshire by someone who spent more than two decades helping large organisations buy and use technology, and watched the same pattern repeat: the companies with teams and budgets pulled further ahead, while smaller businesses were left choosing between doing it all themselves or paying agency prices for advice they could not action.

ProcessLabs is the answer to that gap: enterprise-grade capability, delivered as a managed service, sized and priced for owner-led businesses, explained in plain English.

How we work

Four rules we do not break.

  • Diagnose before we prescribe. Every engagement starts with the health check, and its recommendations are useful whether or not you go any further with us.
  • Outcomes before technology. We sell faster responses, fewer missed opportunities and less admin. The AI underneath is a means, never the headline.
  • Conservative promises, then evidence. New capabilities are piloted properly and badged honestly as arriving soon until they have earned their place.
  • You keep control. Your approval on anything customer-facing, a person always reachable, and everything yours if you ever leave.

Trust is part of the product.

ProcessLabs is a UK limited company, registered with the ICO, operating under UK GDPR. Client data is collected minimally, kept logically separated, never sold and never used to train AI models. Automated systems work under agreed rules with human escalation, and our contracts, privacy commitments and data processing terms are published for anyone to read.
