Questions

Your questions, answered.

Will it work for my type of business?

If your customers phone you with questions or to arrange something, yes. It learns about your business from your website and anything you add, so it isn't limited to particular industries. The quickest way to find out is to try the demo with your own website.

Will it sound robotic?

Don't take our word for it. Try the live demo with your own website and hear it for yourself.

Does it ever make things up?

It's instructed to answer only from your website and the information you've approved. If a caller asks something it doesn't know, it says it isn't sure and offers to take a message.

Will callers know it's an AI?

Yes. It says it's an AI assistant at the start of every call, answers honestly if asked, and never pretends to be a named member of your team.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. You forward calls to your AI receptionist when you can't answer, after hours, or all the time. You choose.

What happens when it can't help?

It takes the caller's name, number and what they need, and texts it to you straight away so you can call back.

Can it book appointments?

Yes, from the Core plan. Appointment booking with one supported calendar or scheduling connection, plus agreed call transfers and one connection to your customer records, all set up and tested around your business before they go live.

What if I go over my monthly calls?

We let you know at 80% of your allowance. Extra calls are only added if you've agreed in advance, within a spending limit you set. Otherwise calls go to your chosen fallback number or voicemail.

What happens to my callers' data?

It's handled under UK data protection law and never used to train AI models. Read our privacy notice and the legal pack.

Who is behind it?
