The legal bit, in plain English.

We are a UK company, and everything we build is governed by UK law and UK data protection rules. This page summarises the commitments we make to every customer and the documents that sit behind them.

Our commitments

How we treat your data.

These are the standing commitments written into our contracts. They apply to every customer, on every service.

Documents you receive when you engage us

These are specific to your order, so they are not published here. You receive them as part of onboarding, before anything is signed.

Customer Order Form v3.2The document that records what you have actually bought: services, fees, term and your specific liability cap.
On engagement
Statement of Work v2.1For larger pieces of work: scope, deliverables, milestones and acceptance criteria.
On engagement
Third-Party Provider and Flow-Down Register v1.0The named providers used to deliver your specific order, where their data sits, and which of their terms flow down to you.
On engagement

The signed version always wins. The documents above are our current published versions. Where you have signed an Order, the documents referenced in that Order take precedence. Questions to info@theprocesslabs.co.uk.

The documents

Every document, published in full.

Every document that governs our work, published in full. No request form, no gate. Click any one to read it.

Master Terms & ConditionsThe overall commercial framework: what we provide, how billing works, fair usage, and the responsibilities on each side.
Data Processing AgreementHow we handle personal data on your behalf under UK GDPR, including the zero-training guarantee, retention periods and breach response.
Privacy PolicyHow we handle the data we hold about you as our customer, such as contact and billing details, and your rights over it.
Data Protection GuideA readable walkthrough of how the documents work in practice: where data lives, how long we keep it, and what we ask of you.
Support PolicyHow to reach support, our hours, how issues are prioritised and the response targets we work to.
Acceptable Use PolicyThe common-sense rules for using our services, including that they must never be relied on as a sole channel for emergencies.

Requesting the full documents: current versions are available on request by emailing info@theprocesslabs.co.uk. Signed contractual documents always take precedence over the summaries on this page.
